Our insurance
Fully insured, with the required public liability and professional indemnity insurance to carry out pest control and termite work in QLD and NSW. Our insurance covers all aspects of termite work:
- Pre-construction termite treatments
- Post-construction termite treatments
- Inspections (termite inspections and pre-purchase pest inspections)
You are within your rights to request to see the licence and copy of insurance policy for any pest professional, to make sure they are licensed and insured to carry out the work requested. Unfortunately a number of pest "professionals" do not have the necessary licence or insurance. Please note that having a licence does not mean they are insured to carry out the work and that "pest control" does not include termite work unless it is specifically mentioned on the licence / insurance.
TimberSecure
We are able to offer you TimberSecure insurance for any complete termite management system installed (liquid soil treatment or baiting). This insurance is purchased directly from our insurance company (Pacific International) after installation of the termite management system. The current price is a one-off payment of $360 and lasts for 5 years. This provides you with up to $100,000 insurance against timber damage cause by termites during this 5 year period, for that extra peace of mind.
