Safety is our no.1 priority. Before carrying out any treatment, we carry out a risk assessment to make sure we can carry out our services in safe manner. Although we want to get rid of your pests, its important that we do not impact on your family, your pets, the environment or ourselves! As part of our treatment philosophy we implement integrated pest management principles, which utilise non-pesticide techniques (such as hygiene measures and home maintenance tips), to improve the effectiveness of any treatment, whilst minimising the use of insecticide.
We only use products registered by the government (APVMA), that can be safely used around homes. We will always discuss the treatment with you before application so you are aware of any particular instructions (eg. keeping pets out of the treatment area during application). This also gives you the opportunity to ask any questions. If you have any particular product requests or concerns, please let us know.
